QuoteFixer Ltd ("we", "QuoteFixer") operates the platform at quotefixer.co.uk which connects clients (people commissioning home services) with tradespeople (service providers). Using the platform means you agree to these terms.
Every tradesperson is vetted by our Trust Team. We verify: company documents, public liability insurance, the identity of the person representing the company, and references from previous clients. Re-verification happens every 12 months.
In V1.0, payments between client and trade happen off-platform. QuoteFixer does not currently process funds. Escrow will be added in a future version.
QuoteFixer is an information intermediary. The service contract is between client and trade directly. QuoteFixer is not liable for quality of work, delays, or disputes — though we actively support resolution through our Trust Team.
